Ellen and I moved to New Denmark in 1999. We have three great kids - Emilia age 14, Elizabeth age 12 and Jonah age 8. Ellen is a Nurse at Bellin, and is very involved at All Saints Parish. I also am involved in local organizations:
- Treasurer of the Green Bay Rugby Football Club Inc. a 501c(3) charity
- Treasurer NEW Youth Rugby
- Part time coach/administrator for the Bay Port High School Rugby Club
- Vice President of the Father Dionne endowment at All Saints Parish
- Member of the Denmark Lions
As you can see I have a lot of experience working with the finances of organizations, including setting and holding to budgets.
I would like to use my knowledge and leadership experience to serve the community as Town Supervisor.
I grew up in rural Sheboygan County(Town of Greenbush) on an 80 cow dairy farm. During high school junior and senior years I worked at both a local feed mill and a grocery store. After I graduated from Plymouth High School, I went UW-Milwaukee. At UW-Milwaukee I was President and Captain of the Panther Rugby Club while working at UPS to put myself through school. Upon graduation from UWM, with a Bachelor of Business Administration, I moved to Green Bay and married my wife Ellen(who was born and raised in Denmark). I have worked at Schneider Logistics for most of the last 18 years. I currently hold the position of Purchasing Director. In this role I have gained experience in rate and contract negotiation. I believe these skills have been useful in representing the Town.
