1. Provide unbiased representation for the entire township
2. Better communication of town issues
3. Be open to feedback,  including criticism
4. Visibly conduct all town business
   • Back up my decisions with sound reasoning
   • No secret ballots
5. Be prepared for meetings
6. Protect our rural setting, but be open to new ideas that benefit the community
7. Spend our money wisely
